About

A timetable should never be rebuilt from scratch.

AnySchedule is scheduling software for institutions that treat their timetable as an operational commitment rather than a document that is rewritten every term.

What AnySchedule is

One job, done properly.

AnySchedule builds and maintains weekly institutional timetables. You describe the institution once — its terms, classes, subjects, teachers, rooms and periods — and the engine turns that description into a week where every requirement is satisfied by a rule rather than by luck.

It is deliberately not a calendar, a messaging tool or a student information system. Those products answer different questions. This one answers a single question: is this week of teaching possible, and what exactly makes it possible?

The platform is not school-specific. Activities, participants, rooms and constraints are modelled as data, so a university department, a clinical programme or a training institution can describe its own shape without asking for a custom build.

How it is built

One model, one engine, rules that cannot be argued with.

The engineering choices are unglamorous on purpose: a single source of truth for the rules, and constraints enforced where a failure would actually hurt.

One authoritative model

Institutions, terms, classes, subjects, teachers, rooms and periods are defined once. Screens read that model; they do not each decide their own version of the truth.

Rules in two places, on purpose

The scheduling engine refuses to produce a conflicting week, and the database refuses to store one. A published lesson stays immutable until the term is unpublished, no matter how the request arrives.

Predictable by design

Deterministic generation, explicit failures and typed diagnostics mean a result can be reviewed by a human instead of trusted blindly.

Privacy is part of the model

No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts.

AnySchedule stores what a timetable needs: institution data, membership records and the profile details a person chooses to provide. There is no separate analytics, advertising or profiling service behind the product.

A personal account can be deleted. Institutional timetables remain, because they belong to the institution and to the people who depend on them.

Read the privacy policy

The details, in plain language.

The legal pages describe the same product you just read about: what is stored, how it is protected, and what you can ask to be removed.
